AV Amp Problem?

I've an 18 month old Onkyo SR875 AV amp and the front right channel has stopped functioning. I've used test tone to establish a constant signal, and substituted another cable and speaker, but still no output.

I don't believe it's a dry joint, which is my normal next step.

Any ideas?
