How do I fix T7CM Shredder to stay on for 2 min & off for 4 Min?

That is the nature of T7CM. The motor heats up due to a heavy load and stops operation before 2 mnts.. Please do not over load the machine by putting more than 3 pages at any time. Overloading will wear out the plastic gear wheel, the machine will stop cutting and you will not be able to find that part anywhere. Lubricate the cutting wheels with a thin lubricant like WD-40. It will help cutting easy and prevent overheating. I do not recommend made in China. They keep using cheap plastic gear wheel and what you paid for, becomes a junk very soon.
