My Triton shower refuses to work?

if the trip switch is not down , and there is no power at the pull switch, the problem must be in the pull switch" wireing not tight, or wireing out of the blocks up there" (you must be very carefull ) opening the pull switch, (lots of power up there ) have ALL the power off in your home if your going to look at it ,just be carefull, but thats were i would start .... at the pull switch .......
