DC04 not picking up dudst/dirt but works through hose?
My DC04 is not picking up dudst/dirt in the usual manner. So I am using the hose to pick up dirt which is obviously unsatisfactory when one has to do the whole floor. Is it the problem with the brush? The brush rotates but no dirt is picked up from that end.
