Mend Plant PLT3043 Pull Stuck Problem

dismantle plt 3043 ye?

Anyone know how to dismantle one of these?? my pull cord is stuck and I need to get inside the machine to see what the problem is. I am able to remove the security nuts but am unable to remove the main plastic cover to get to the pull cord. Any suggestions anyone
