Mend Renault Megane Convertible Running Valve Fine

renault megane convertible 1999/200 running?

Hi,

Have just had a new idle valve fitted and the car was fine, 2 days later it now runs like a bag of nails very rough & lumpy nad stalls at low revs, smells a bit hot too? Help it has cost me a small fortune so far.
