Mend Jaguar XJ6 Problem Car Step

Engine problems/93 Jaguar Xj6?

I have a problem with my car accelerating. It boggs down when I step on it and power diminishes when I go up an on ramp or during quick acceleration. I have cleaned injectors, throttle body and done basic mainteance. Also, hard to start. Any ideas??
