Mend Dell 1200

Dell Inspiration Laptop 1200 Keyboard replacment?

My keyboad is sending double keys so I bought a replacment Keyboard.
However the connector is not what I was expecting. the ribon tape has (no connector on the end
Question..
1) can this be installed without some special tool???
2) if tool is needed where can it be purchased??
