Mend Samsung Years Picture Sound

Samsung tv ?

My tv is about 6 years old (I have no remote for this) I switched it on this morning. There is a picture but no sound whatsoever. Ive tried disconnecting everything and turning back on but nothing at all. My Virgin box works through it - HELP
