Our Potterton EP6002 Programmer keeps loosing all settings - both H/W, C/H & time
Reverts back to pre-programmed settings and time
Why?

maybe faulty power supply / loose live connection to the clock. should have battery backup but the battery is probably dead. check the wiring and see if you can get a new battery, otherwise new programmer.
