boot lock vauxhall vectra?

My boot wont lock or shut. I opened the boot using my key fob but now it wont shut. I have tried to move the boot lock with a screw driver but nothing is working. Please help.

Hi, don't know if its the same problem i had, but i opened up the boot lid so that clasp is at face level (to work on) then put key in lock & turn as usual, at the same time push the clasp back into its rest position with a small screwdriver, not sure which way yours will move but it should be either left or rightwards. Lid should now shut properly. Hope thats some help.
