Mend Royal 482NT System Reset Help

need to fix my royal 482nt cash register ?

i tried a full system reset (with the help of consumer services)
but it keeps printing the number 2 on the receipts and i'm not sure the calculations are correct as a result i removed batteries etc

We don't have this model, so I'll have a stab at it and say that it sounds like one of the print wheels in the drum of the printer is stuck. This is common if the display is calculating correctly, but the printer is coming up with different amounts.
