Mend Ford Radio Volume Station

How can I fix my Ford KA radio please?

The radio on my Ford KA can only be turned on by pressing the select station/on and volume control all at the same time. When it does come on you cannot change channels and the volume increases to 30. Its as if the programme has got mixed up. I would be grateful for any help.

you will find that a little plastic tip has become wedged in the up position on the volume control button, take the round disc off and you will see a black plastic tip, be very carefull when you dislodge it they snap very easy.
