i think the barrel of the lock is brocken. outside the key just keeps turning round and round . but the inside when you open the door you can not get the key out the door unless it is looked
yeah its broke but easy to change, get a barrel same size, unscrew screw on side of opened door where catch is,level with barrel and pull barrel out to change

Hi Lawrence, yes it sounds like your barrel is broken. This particular problem can often be caused by severe frost. Replace as soon as possible.
