Mend Babyliss 120 Hair Dryer Power

babyliss type 120 hair dryer?

Hi
my Wife is a Hairdresser working fro Home and has a Babyliss 120 Hair Dryer, all Power appears tp be lost to the appliance.
I am actually an Electrician, but I am unable to access the power connection inside the Dryer as a special Tool is needed.
Please can you inform me of where i can get one of these

I've managed to get the two screws out with a small bladed screw driver using firm pressure - but now I can't get the back cover off to reterminate the wires. I have intermittant operation which I know is a broken lead at the bottom of the handle.
