Mend Renault Clio 1.2 Water Couple Days

how can i stop my renault clio 1.2 from leaking water?

i have a T reg renault clio and it is leaking water from somewhere, every couple of days it needs filling back up. so is there anything i can do just to keep it going for a few more months until its service and mot are due?
