ariston fridge?

my ariston fridge freezer is collecting a lot of ice at the back of the fridge, the seal of the door is pulling away can that be the problem.

Ariston Ariston LFF820 Kitchen Appliances, Freezers Fridge Freezer Seal

Could be. We have two apartments both with Ariston fridges. One has a fridge compartment that freezes everything; the other fridge is too warm.
The thermostats have been replaced twice in both fridges but to no avail. We are now giving up on Ariston and buying a local product - not italian
