Mend Black and Decker KW710 Power Small 20

part for a power planer?

I have a Black and Decker KW 710 power planer. A small toothed pulley, about 20 mm dia, which takes the belt drive from the motor to the planer head, has shattered. How/where may I gegt a spare?
