Mend Zanussi ZDC6755OW Wont Turn

Zanussi condensor won't turn on ?

I have a Zanussi ZDC6755OW , plugged it in today and it wont work . None of the lights come on and the knob to set the program won't turn , i have checked the fuse and that is all ok . Please help !
