scenic won't start?

i got a 1999 scenic it won't start first it wasen't getting fuel now it does now it won't fire changed the coil as it as only the 1 changed the t,d,c cencer at that never worked fob works central locking could this still be the imobilizer not working i tryed everything nothing worked so far do i scrap it
