how do I redo all kitchen faucet plumbing?

How do I install new sink, new garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet and sprayer and replace both shut off valves and replace all cooper tubing running from faucet with brass hoses and repair broken pvc pipe running from sink drain to garbage disposal all due to major leaking from both valves, faucet, pvc pipe and faucet sprayer.
Any and all help/instruction ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
