Mend Siamp 902701 Flush Stuck

siamp dual flush toilet ,large flush button stuck in ?

Had this fitted for couple of years with no problems ,but now when the full flush button is pushed it stays in ,and water just keeps overflowing into the toilet .when i remove the fasia panel it returns to normal . the small flush is working fine .
