Mend Sanyo DP46848 Lines Top Screen

TV has flickering black lines across top 6"?

My Sanyo dp46848 TV has flickering black lines across the top 6" of the screen. I can get it to stop sometimes by tilting the tv forward or backward, but it always comes back, and is getting worse. What can I do? How expensive is it to fix? This tv is only about 18 months old

liz, am sorry to tell you this,but it seems to me that your tv is on the way out,

had similar problem with my tv that was just 2 years old and it gave out on me about month later,
dont go spending fortunes repairing!
you would be better off go getting another tv diffrent model,
