how do i fix my white K knight condenser tumble dryer?
my tumble dryer has stopped turning, the belt is intact though a little tattered. the drum will go round if pushed but when it goes to reverse the drum stops again and needs another push. Could you tell me what is the problem and how do i fix?
steve is spot on!.mounted next to or on the motor is a silver round tube (capacitor).this is used to start the motor going.if faulty motor buzzes but no rotation unless you help by push the drum
