Mend Citroen C2 VTS Central Locking Working

Citroen C2 central locking not working?

I have recently had my C2 VTS serviced and the central locking has stopped working. also when i turn my engine off the hazard lights flash for about 5 minutes and there is no way to turn them off. Please can someone help?
