Removing panel?

I have taken out the two screws below the vent grills under the sat nav, and have tried to remove the unit to get at satnav, but it doesn't seem to want to come away. I am reluctant to apply to much force for fear of breaking something or scratching the front of it . Can anyone explain just what should be coming away please ? Andrew

Navigation, Satellite Navigation Screws Nav Unit

I have removed the two screws under the vent grills on my Honda CR-V [53 reg] car and am trying to get at the Sat nav to clean it, and remove the error message. The two screws come out , but the unit still seems fixed and I don't want to cause damage by forcing it...can anyone help please ?

Andrew - if it's a built-in sat nav in a car it will help to say which car - make & model.
