Mend Tricity Bendix BD921/2B Oven Double Reaches

Tricity Bendix oven shuts down when hot?

BD921/2B built-in double oven shuts down when it reaches c.180 degrees. The element stops heating, the fan stops and the light goes out. Once cooled down, it starts up again OK.

Thermostat, selector switch ot something else? Any ideas?
