i have just purchased a hotpoint mistral frost free refrigerator,i dont have the user manual and cannot find the model number anywhere....the fridge is currently staying at 11 degrees c and i cant get it to come down the thermometer is flashing constantly and when i change the temp it flicks back from 5 to 11 can anybody help me please?
I have the exact same problem with the same model... (ive just posted Fridge Temperatures) my repair man says he cant fix it.... hopeful that someone may be able to tell us differently on here! its been a great fridge/freezer until now!
