How do I remove the door seal Samsung Washing Machine Q1433S?

I'm struggling to remove the old door seal. There are 2 plastic pins that I've pulled down. Appears to be circlip ring around the circumference. Don't want to start tearing the old one away in desparation. Also any help on fitting the new one would be appreciated.
