Mend Ariston Euro Combi Boiler Central Heating

NO HOT WATER?

I HAVE A ARISTON EURO COMBI BOILER.

IF WE HAVE THE CENTRAL HEATING ON THERE IS PLENTY OF HOT WATER BUT IF WE TURN THE HEATING OFF WE HAVE NO HOT WATER AT ALL.

CAN ANYONE HELP
