Yes, but how do you fix it? I have pulled one apart, but some parts seem to be inaccessible. If you spray the carpet with water the machine will suck it up, but when using the bottle it does not wet the carpet. So what do you do?????

The pump may be broken or the trigger that operates the pump may be miss alligned or broken
