Mend Nissan K11 Micra Work

How can i fix my front headlight problem on a Nissan Micra 1300cc 1998?

On of the front headlights does not work. I have tried a new bulb and checked the 2 headlight fuses which appear to be okay. Could it be the headlight relay switch. If it is, please could you tell me where is it located and which one is it? Thanks
