Brakes Renault Clio 1.2 P reg?

We have fitted new discs and pads to the front, and repalced a brake cylinder on the rear and have replaced the servo and bleed the system, we still have no pressure the brake pedal when engine running and pressure when switched off, could you please advise how to rectify, thank you
