indesit IDL40 dishwasher wont drain?

Help... my indesit IDL 40 dishwasher starts fine but then won't drain and just stops with lights 1 + 2 flashing.
Can someone help me sort this??

If i drain it off manually, it will start again but stop at same point having not drained again.

what can i do??
