Bosch Classixx 1200 Express?

The dispenser tray (centre/softner section) keeps retaining water after the wash is completed. We have tried hot washes and cleaning with soda crystals but all to no avail. Is it possible to open up the dispenser tray area within the machine to ensure that all inlets/outlets are clean and free of any obstructions. Otherwise is there a better cleaning agent for all internal pipework?
We use Bold and Lenor detergents/softners in the machine. Can you help, please.
