How can I fix Regal Kitchen Pro Breadmaker Model 6761?

Breadmaker display is blank. Have checked for power and have +13acv and -13acv on power board and approx 6v dc from regulator to the display board. All diodes and transistors check OK. Where can I get a replacement processor chip or new circuit boards?
