Mend Ferroli Combi 77 Boiler Servicing Hot Water

ferroli combi 77 04.93 servicing instruction?

hi i'm looking for instructions on servicing a
ferroli combi boiler, there is no hot water or heating and the pressure gauge is below 1
i had it serviced a few weeks ago and the plumber said he couldnt do this as he didnt have the instructions ! can anyone help please
