You might of accidently damaged something in the gearbox by inadvertantly hammering the clutch or being too keen on dismantling/re-assembly? if you have, and this clutch is on the mainshaft (my guess it is) then its likely the forces transferred through to said g/box & put something out of line,whether its a bearing or cogs is anyones guess! Secondly, you may love your bike but dont waste your hard earned on these cheap & dangerous bits of c##p,with the same money you can get a decent 2nd hand Jap.No offence intended.PS, did you loctite that ctr nut?
