VECTRA C REAR WIPER WONT WORK. BEEN TOLD BY VAUXHALL ITS NOT THE STALK OR THE MOTOR.IT COULD BE THE REAR ELECTRICAL CENTRE WHICH IS BIG MONEY. ANYONE KNOW OF ANY OTHER COULD BE CAUSES. ?
