Mend Citroen Berlingo 1900D Window Engine Switch

How do i fix the Window screen fan ? on my citroen berlingo 1900D?

I have a citroen berlingo 1900D i swicthed the engine off , went to switch it on again it came back on but the window screen fan started making a horrible humming noise then packed up ive checked the fuses and their fine however i dont know what else to do .. as i don't know much about this car.
