Ferroli Ferroli OTIMAX HE PLUS 31C Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Heating Fault

I have the same problem with the same boiler... Looked at the manual and it says it is "flow sensor disconnected". It usually happens to me once the heating goes off...

I am assuming you had it installed recently (I did in Summer), so you reckon we should call the warranty?
