Mend Citroen Xsara Picasso Central Air Help

Citroen Xsara Picasso Exclusive Central Air vents?

Hi can some one help me in how to replace the central air vents, I had a drinks holder on them and unfortunately it seems to have broken the fins in the air vents.

Also where can I obtain a new air vent from.
