Mend Renault Laguna Stuck Where Switch

My 2005 Laguna brake lights are stuck on - where is the switch?

The brake lights are permanently on but the brakes are fine and no fault is reported omn the dash board. I assume the switch has stuck on. How do I locate it and how do I fix it?
