This fridge has vents in the back although I have never had them open in 3 yrs since purchased as new. Past few days milk in door is freezing plus carrots and peppers in veg draw.I usually have it set between 2-3 but have turned it down to 1-2 but milk in the door is freezing also carrots, peppers etc also freezing
