How do I tighten a 1999 2ltr vectra's handbrake cable?

you two are total pratts, somehas some positive intiative to do something for himself and all you can do is be negative and childish, its not as hard as people may think, the two back wheels need to come off and you make an adjustment near the actual brakes

just pull the cable and it will tighten. Then tie a knot in it to stop it getting slack again.
