Water not draining form dishwasher?

Water is not draining form dishwasher. I have cleaned the pipes. I can hear the motor running. I have yet to see the water draining. What should be my next step?

Hello,

GE dishwashers have a drain solenoid attached to the pump. If this is faulty your dishwasher will not drain. If you put the dishwasher into the drain mode you should be able to hear the solenoid click. If not, you can verify that it is bad by checking it with an ohm meter.

I have cleaned the pump and motor isnt jammed. Still water sits at the bottom of my dishwasher. I need help...
