Mend Ferroli Modena 102 Combi Boiler No Ignition

no heating no hot water?

ferroli Modena 102 Combi boiler how do i get this to light. evan when hot water tap is running the boiler will still not light theres 2 bar just under and gas as the fire works down stairs. some times when you reset after quite some time it will light.
