Proline Dishwasher Stuck?

My PDW080 will not advance from the first stage of cycle. It makes no difference if it is moved to other programmes. There is no problem with the water feed in - lots of pressure, the filter at the water in is clear. Power is ok - makes the usual noise but will not move to next stage. If you manually move it a notch it still won't progress.
