how can i fix my noisey steering on 2006 mondeo 2.0tdci?

steering is really hard to turn right first thing.. got to really pull it then it gives a few cracks and knocks and after 10 mins is ok.. had a track rod end,ball joint and steering rack done on the same day and its still the same.. car also pulls to the left for a while to.. HELP..
