How do I replace my non standard sized shower hose?

try going to salvage yards/ junk shops that sell old bath tubs, sinks ect" and you should be able to pick one up there. they get them in all the time , 3/4 ins . or 1, and a half inch, you can get them in from the usa on line . but i would look nearer to home , in the junk yards , ect , and just bring the old one with you. to get the size right....
